Experience You Can Trust. Care That Meets You Where You Are.
Mental health isn’t about “fixing” who you are. It’s about understanding your story, finding what works for you, and building a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and authentic.
With more than 25 years in nursing and nearly a decade dedicated exclusively to psychiatric care, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult seasons. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life, I’m here to provide evidence-based care in a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

Thoughtful Care, Personalized for You
I believe the best mental health care happens when we work together. Every person brings a unique story, and every treatment plan should reflect that.
My approach combines medication management with practical therapeutic strategies because medications are only one piece of the puzzle. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your symptoms, identify your strengths, and develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and your life. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or a loved one, my priority is creating a safe, collaborative relationship where healing can happen.
My approach is as unique as YOU are.
Here’s What Working With Me Looks Like:
-
We Start Where YOU are: Your first appointment is about understanding you, not rushing toward a diagnosis. We’ll review your medical and mental health history, current concerns, and discuss treatment options that feel right for you.
-
We Build a Plan Together: Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and medication management when appropriate, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs.
-
We Focus on Long-Term Wellness: My goal isn’t simply reducing symptoms. It’s helping you build resilience, improve daily functioning, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Hayes, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Why I do this work?
Psychiatric Nursing allows me to combine everything I love about healthcare: science, compassion, and meaningful relationships.Since graduating from Vanderbilt University as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I’ve remained committed to providing the highest standard of psychiatric care through continued education and advanced certifications in psychopharmacology, ADHD treatment, Medication Assisted Treatment, and comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.
I believe every person deserves compassionate, evidence-based care that honors both their struggles and their strengths. Whether you’re managing a lifelong diagnosis or facing a new challenge, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Due to this, I’ve ensured I’ve continued to educate myself to be able to truly treat children ages six and older and adults with numerous complexities such as mood disorders, ADHD, autism or behavioral issues, trauma, bipolar, and more complex mental illnesses
Outside the office
When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with the people I love, enjoying a good cup of coffee, getting outside whenever I can, or slowing down with a great book or show. I value meaningful conversations, quiet moments, and finding joy in the everyday.
I believe we all deserve spaces where we can simply be ourselves, and that’s exactly the kind of environment I strive to create for every client who chooses to work with me.
