ImagesLife doesn’t come with a roadmap.

Sometimes the experiences we face, whether in childhood or adulthood, leave us carrying pain, uncertainty, or emotional wounds that can make it difficult to move forward. I believe every person’s story matters, and no matter what you’ve been through, healing is possible.

After earning my graduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University, I spent several years working in child welfare with the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services. Walking alongside children and families during some of life’s most difficult moments reinforced what I believe to be true: every experience shapes us, but it doesn’t have to define us.

A Safe Place to Heal

Healing begins when you have a space where you don’t have to pretend everything is okay. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. Whether you’re processing trauma, supporting your child through emotional or behavioral challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, we’ll work together to help you build resilience and move toward lasting change.

I strive to create an environment where clients of all ages feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences without fear of judgment.

Does this sound familiar?

You feel like you’ve been carrying the weight of difficult experiences for far too long, and you’re ready for things to feel different.

Maybe your child is struggling with big emotions, anxiety, behavioral challenges, or navigating life with ADHD or autism, and you’re looking for someone who truly understands how to support them.

Perhaps you’re a teenager feeling overwhelmed by school, friendships, or the pressure to have everything figured out.

Or maybe you’re an adult who has survived painful experiences, struggles to regulate emotions, finds it difficult to trust others, or feels like you’re constantly operating in survival mode.

You don’t want to just get by anymore. You want healing. You want to better understand yourself, feel more confident navigating life’s challenges, and build a life that feels grounded, connected, and hopeful.

Here’s What Working With Me Looks Like:

• We Start With Your Story: Every person’s journey is different. We’ll begin with where you are today and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

• We Build Practical Skills: Together, we’ll develop tools to help you manage emotions, navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build resilience outside of the therapy room.

• We Focus on Healing, Not Just Symptoms: Whether we’re addressing trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, or emotional regulation, our work will focus on understanding the whole person, not just the challenges you’re facing.

Let’s Get Started

If you’re ready for a space where you can exhale, be heard, and begin moving toward healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Hi, I’m Julianne Albright, LMSW

Why I do this work?

My experience working with children and families in the child welfare system has given me a deep appreciation for the strength people carry, even during their hardest seasons. I’ve witnessed firsthand how trauma impacts every stage of life, but I’ve also seen the incredible capacity people have to heal when they’re given the right support.

I have specialized training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing me to provide evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), I’m committed to providing ethical, compassionate care while continually growing as a clinician.

Outside the office

When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my husband, our four children, and our two dogs. I love reading, baking, and staying busy cheering my kids on at band performances, sporting events, and all of the activities that make family life so meaningful. Those moments remind me that healing, growth, and connection often happen in the everyday experiences we share with the people we love.

I believe we all deserve spaces where we can simply be ourselves, and that’s exactly the kind of environment I strive to create for every client who chooses to work with me.

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing can begin. Together, we’ll build the tools, confidence, and resilience you need to move forward with hope.
