Life is messy, but you don’t have to do it alone.
There are moments in life that leave us wondering how we’re supposed to keep going. Maybe you’re adjusting to life after having a baby, carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating anxiety that feels impossible to quiet, or simply trying to make it through each day without feeling overwhelmed. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to face it by yourself.
I believe one of the greatest privileges of this work is simply being invited into someone’s story. It takes courage to let another person witness your pain, and I never take that trust for granted. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to begin healing.

Real Conversations, Real Healing
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers before you walk through the door. It’s about having someone willing to sit beside you while you figure them out.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. I believe healing happens when we feel genuinely seen. Not judged, rushed, or expected to have everything together. Together, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify what’s keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that help you move toward the life you want.
Whether you’re processing trauma, adjusting to parenthood, managing anxiety, or navigating life’s many transitions, our work will be centered around your goals, your strengths, and your pace.
My approach is as unique as YOU are.
Here’s What Working With Me Looks Like:
-
You Set the Pace: This is your space. We move at a speed that feels safe while still encouraging meaningful growth.
-
We Focus on What Matters Most: Together, we’ll uncover patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills you can use outside of therapy.
-
You Don’t Have to Do It Perfectly: Healing isn’t about getting everything right. It’s about showing up exactly as you are and allowing yourself the opportunity to grow.

Hi, I’m Kaylee Lartz, LMSW
Why I do this work?
I’ve always believed there is incredible power in simply showing up for someone during one of the hardest seasons of their life. Being trusted with another person’s story is something I never take lightly, and it’s what continues to inspire me every day as a therapist.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals facing anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and life’s many unexpected challenges. My experience as an Exposure Coach deepened my appreciation for evidence-based treatment while reinforcing what matters most: healing happens through connection, trust, and consistent support.
I have a special passion for working with individuals navigating perinatal mental health, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Whether you’re entering a new chapter, grieving an old one, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, my hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little less alone.
Outside the office
When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with the people I love, enjoying a good cup of coffee, getting outside whenever I can, or slowing down with a great book or show. I value meaningful conversations, quiet moments, and finding joy in the everyday.
I believe we all deserve spaces where we can simply be ourselves, and that’s exactly the kind of environment I strive to create for every client who chooses to work with me.
